Portugal today revises the total confirmed cases from 25351 yesterday down to 25190 today.

We have switched test data in Portugal from 'samples tested' to 'persons tested'. Reason is that 'samples tested' data seems to be revised very often, while 'persons tested' is stable once it's published.
